Doris Hofer a.k.a. Squatgirl

Doris is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified trainer and a full-time mom of two who views exercise as a fun, invigorating experience. Her cheerful energy will get you pumped for your workouts. Her approach to fitness:

  • Gradually improves endurance and performance

  • Tones and strengthens your muscles

One Size Down

12 week program

Doris’s program lasts 12 weeks and combines strength exercises and cardio to give you a full-body workout. Repetitions and intensity gradually increase to improve your endurance and performance. If you are looking at a smaller belly, a better-toned body, nicer arms and a stronger back, Doris’s program can help you.
